Shipping and returns 

All orders are sent by normal post direct to your home or workplace.

The shipping and packaging cost for cigarettes is £5 per carton of 200, with a minimum order of 2 cartons per brand (due to the minimum costs of shipping), for rolling tobacco and pipe tobacco it is £10 per pack of 10/12 pouches and for cigars it is £10 per pack of 50 - 200.

All orders are sent within one day of us receiving payment, and will arrive usually within 7 working days (not including holidays and weekends) after receipt of payment.

It is very rare that we get returns, as all orders are checked before despatch. If for some reason you need to return goods, you must first request an authorisation from us together with a return address.
